Ramstack provides website design and development, custom software, workflow automation and AI integration consulting, and related technical consulting services. Specific scope, deliverables, and terms are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Ramstack.
Payment terms are defined per project. Invoices are typically due within 14–30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest or suspend work.
Ramstack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the terms of the project agreement. Work completed up to the termination date remains billable.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
